Lobstering Cruise Aboard The Wauwinet Lady (approx. 2 hours) Join Captain Rob McMullen on a lobstering expedition just off the Nantucket Shore. Learn how to bait and pull up lobster traps, distinguish males from females, and properly band the claws. Upon your return a member of our culinary team would be happy to share a few TOPPER'S recipe secrets with you.

Great Point Wildlife Refuge Natural History Excursions (approx. 3 hours) Hop into a six passenger Ford Van 4-wheel drive vehicle for a guided soft eco-tour and you'll learn about Nantucket's wildlife, natural history and habitats. Head up to Great Point Wildlife Refuge and visit the bird sanctuary. Here you'll find some of the most exotic bird watching on the island. $25 per person. All proceeds go to preserving the Wildlife Refuge, which is run by Trustees of Reservations.

Surfcasting Expeditions (approx. 3 hours) Wherever the fish are running - particularly blues and striped bass - is where Captain Rob McMullen will take you. All of the necessary equipment is provided, as well as first-rate casting instruction from the Captain himself. You will learn the basics of this truly authentic Nantucket activity. You might find yourself casting right alongside the locals, and keep your eyes open for a seal or two.

Siasconset Natural History Excursion - (approx. 2 hours) Ride along with Captain Rob McMullen as he travels to 'Sconset fishing village while recounting the happenings and history of Nantucket's bygone days. Get a feel for island life in the 1700's and early 1800's, and gaze at the beautiful scenery as you stop for an ice cream along the way.

Nantucket Bay Cruises Aboard The Wauwinet Lady (approx. 1 hour) Take a leisurely cruise along Nantucket Bay with Captain Rob McMullen. Learn about Nantucket's nautical history as you take in breathtaking views of the harbor and the many historical homes that line the shore.

Cooking Demonstrations (approx. 1 hour) Join TOPPER'S renowned Chef David Daniels as he takes his skills outdoors. While you are enjoying a glass of wine, he will show you some new techniques, share some of his favorite recipes and divulge some of his expert cooking tips. $25 per person
